Registration

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: 

Academic & Non-Academic: 200 USD per delegate
Non-paper presenters need to pay registration fees in order to participate the conference.

[Registration fee includes welcome kit, conference participation, tea, snacks, lunch during conference on 9th and 10th November at the Conference venue, and memento]

Multiple Papers and Joint Authorship:

One delegate as the sole author paying full registration fee can present two papers.
For joint authorship and presentation of paper, both delegates have to pay full registration fees and they can present maximum four papers.

ACCOMODATION: 

Accommodation Cost (Non-refundable): 
1. Twin Sharing : USD 300 each (inclusive of taxes)- Two persons in one room
2. Single Accommodation: USD 450 (inclusive of taxes)- One person in one room

 

[Accommodation fee includes stay at the hotel on 9th to 11th November with breakfast, diner, sight seeing (9th &10th November) and Monkey Beach Island Visit with lunch]

 

Delegates arriving before or departing after the conference schedule will have to pay the following charges on a daily basis:

1. Twin Sharing: USD 75 each (inclusive of taxes)- Two persons in one room
2. Single Accommodation: USD 110 (inclusive of taxes)- One person in one room

 

Note: Delegates arranging their own accommodation will have to pay USD 30 in addition to the Registration fee for visit to Monkey Beach Island. For other sight seeing, charges will be USD 15 per day. For each diner, charge will be USD 15.

1. Kuala Lumpur Airport to Hotel Royal Penang: USD 30; Date: 9.11.2011; 1 am
2. Hotel Royal Penang to Kuala Lumpur Airport: USD 30; Date: 12.11.2011; 7 am

VISA: 

Delegates need to obtain Malaysian Visa from Malaysian Consulate.

Note: To obtain Malaysian Visa, your passport has to have a minimum of 9 months validity.

 

Delegates are requested to carry the following documents:
1.  Return Ticket
2.  Hotel Reservation Document
3.  Required Malaysian currency (RM)/ US dollar as per immigration law
4.  Acceptance Letter
