Dear Delegates,

On behalf of the Auckland Institute of Studies, firstly I would like to express my highest respect and great appreciation to Dr.Sandip Kar of IIMS andall the organising committee membersfor their excellent and hard work to prepare this 8th IIMS International Conference in Bangkok, Thailand.

Last year we had the 7th IIMS international conference at Shih Chien University in Taipei, Taiwan. I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks again to Chairman Hsieh, President Michael Chen, many faculty membersand students of Shih Chien University. Without their strong support and thoughtful detailed work, it won’t make that conference so successful, colourful and fruitful.
